At LEVOVE BEAUTY, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, human hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and other beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, worn, altered, brushed, washed, installed, colored, or otherwise used.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging, tags, and security seals remain intact.
  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product has not been opened or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened hair extensions
  • Worn or installed hair products
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

European Union Consumer Rights

If you are located within the European Union, you may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. However, for health protection and hygiene reasons, certain sealed beauty and hair products may not be eligible for return once unsealed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
